Vancouver Effects & Animation Festival - The first
Vancouver Effects and Animation Festival (VEAF) is scheduled for July 16-17, 1999. The
Festival will exhibit animation and effects works created by different people and groups
from all over the world. The intention is to acknowledge the best works with awards in
different and various categories and to rub shoulders with other creators, artists, and
fans.
